Pallonji Mistry passed away at the age of 93
Shapoorji Pallonji Group Chairman Pallonji Mistry has passed away in Mumbai. Let us tell you that Shapoorji has also been awarded Padma Bhushan. His son has been the chairman of Tata Sons, and his son is Cyrus Mistry. Shapoorji was in this world for 93 years.
Shapoorji Pallonji Group has a vast business spanning engineering, construction, infrastructure, real estate, water energy, and financial services. About 50,000 employees work in this company. The company claims that this group is doing business in 50 countries of the world.
Pallonji Mistry was from a Parsi family. He also got Irish citizenship in 2003. And in the year 2016, he was awarded the Padma Bhushan. He is survived by his wife Pasti Perin Dubas and four children Shapoor Mistry, Cyrus Mistry (sons) while Laila Mistry, and Alu Mistry (daughters). His son Cyrus Mistry was the chairman of the Tata Group from 2012 to 2016.
